How I communicate with site visitors
Upon providing your contact details to me I may contact you to discuss services, start and maintain a relationship, resolve a dispute, collect any fees or monies owed, poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send you updates about my business, to enforce any agreements between us, or as otherwise necessary. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, social media, or postal mail.

-
Dispute Resolution agencies – for the purposes of dealing with any outstanding payments or complaints.
How I protect your personal data
I have various measures in place to protect your personal data:
My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to engage with you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by me adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by me (should this be required).
My entire website is accessed using https rather than http, meaning that all information that is sent and received is encrypted for additional security. You can see this in the address bar of your browser.
My email is hosted by Titan Mail and has two-factor authorisation.
My website may, from time to time, contain links to external websites. I am not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such external websites.
As described in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, I may in some instances disclose your personal data to third parties. Where I do, I require that third party to have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your personal data; however, in some instances I may be compelled by law to disclose your personal data to a third party and have limited control over how it is protected by that party.
How long I keep your personal data
Your personal details will be kept for a period of 1 year, or for the life cycle of our relationship together, followed by a period of 1 year.
The technical information about your visit may be kept up to 14 months from your visit to help me develop and improve my website.

You have the right:
-
To see the information I hold on you, and confirm what data I am processing about you.
-
To ask me to correct any inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete personal data.
-
To request that I erase the personal information I hold on you. This is also known as the 'right to be forgotten'. The right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances.

Cookies
I believe in being clear and open about how I collect and use any data related to you. In the spirit of
transparency, this policy provides detailed information about how and when I use cookies. It may look
technical, but it is designed to give you confidence about how I use your data and keep it safe.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files containing unique data to identify your computer to a website. When you visit a website, it gives your browser a cookie to store in a cookie file that’s placed in your browser’s folder on your hard drive. The next time you visit the same website, the browser will give back the cookie to identify you. Then the website loads with a personalized experience.
Why do I use cookies?
My website uses cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users of my site. This helps me provide you with a good experience when you browse my website, and it also helps me to improve it for you, based on how you use it.
By continuing to visit my site, you are agreeing to the use of cookies and similar technologies for the purposes I describe in this policy.
How long do cookies last?
A number of cookies and similar technologies I use last only for the duration of your web session and
expire when you close your browser. Others are used to remember you when you return to my website
and will last for longer.
What type of cookies do I use?
I use the following types of cookies:
Strictly necessary
These are cookies that are required for the operation of my website. They enable me, subject to your choices and preferences, to personalise your content.
Analytical/performance cookies
These allow me to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around my website when they are using it. This helps me to improve the way my website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. Functionality cookies are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise our content for you.
